Overall the market has been brisk with all of my Agents very busy with customers and all three of our offices experiencing walk-in clients for at various stages of the process. (Looking at Roatan a one of their options for retirement, investment and relocation).
That being said, The “Homes” market is tight with less homes on the market than what is coming to the market for sale and values increasing. The ‘Hotel/Condo’ market with considerable selections and the ‘Residential Condo’ Market similar to the ‘Home’ Market.
‘Land’ as a category, especially homesites, has an overabundance of selections at some really great prices and options. This market, to me personally, is extremely attractive and have acted on it. This provides value, little for holding costs and provides both an option in the future to build on and/or an investment financially.
